We have contracts with private companies and local authority partners to regenerate existing housing stock.
We are extremely proud of our involvement in many regeneration projects across the region. The neighbourhood and housing improvement schemes we have been involved in have had a significant and positive impact on the quality of life for local residents.
We have also undertaken various commercial regeneration projects which include student accommodation, schools, nurseries, restaurants and retail.
